What is Shamy Bash?
Shamy Bash is Ohio’s Premier grassroot music and camping festival.
Shamy Bash offers the region’s and nation’s top musical talent. With two
stages, a and a beautiful venue including a swimming quarry with a sandy beach,
wooded camping, two fishing ponds, acres of hiking, and so much more
recreational activities, Shamy Bash is sure to bring you a great Ohio music
festival experience year after year.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Just click on “tickets” at the top of any of the pages on this website!
All tickets include camping, swimming and all other activities that Shamy
Bash and Nelson Ledges Quarry has to offer.
Kid under 14 are admitted free with a paid adult.
Shamy Bash is an all weather event, all activities, entertainment and
schedules are subject to change without notice.. No refunds, exchanges can
be made once ticket is purchased.

What can I expect upon my arrival?
Upon arriving, you will be asked for your tickets, and to sign a waiver.
You will receive a wrist band (please keep this wristband on you for the entire
weekend). You will then be directed towards the wooded area for camping.
Please drive slowly as you find your perfect campsite. Parking by your
campsite is the standard, however as the park fills up you may be required to
park and walk to a campsite. Once your camp is set up, you can relax, head
to the stage for some music, layout on the beach, go swimming, or whatever your
heart and imagination desire.
Camping is semi-primitive, with bathrooms available throughout the park.
There is limited showers available near the entrance of the park for your use.
Once you enter the park for the event, you should remain at the event, unless
there is an emergency, so please bring all needed supplies with you.
Food and merchandise vendors will be available throughout the event for your
enjoyment.

What amenities are there?
Nelson Ledges Quarry Park and Shamy Bash try to make your event as
comfortable as possible. The following amenities are available:
Toilets, limited showers, food, beverage and merchandise vendors, Ice is
available for purchase at the front gate, and firewood is available at the gate
or by one of our authorized wood vendors driving around. First aid/
medical services are available near the front entrance should the need arise.
Security is staffed around the clock for your protection and are willing to help
you should you need their services. You may bring your own food and
beverages, absolutely no glass containers of any kind are permitted into the
park.
Fire rings are provided so please use them, all fires must be kept knee
high or lower. You may also want to bring a small folding table for your party’s
use.
For our 21 and over guests, you may bring alcohol (no glass), There are no
alcohol sales within the park. Once you arrive, we ask you remain at the
event, unless there is an emergency, so please bring everything you will need
for the weekend.

No, there are no one day passes available for this event.

Is it BYOB?
Yes, for those 21 and over, it is a “bring your own beer” or preferred
alcohol beverage event. No glass containers are permitted into the park.
No alcohol sales are permitted in the park. If you choose to drink, please
drink responsibly. No underage Drinking will be permitted, all local, state and
federal laws apply.
